State police chased and shot a teen early Wednesday morning in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia, according to Philly police.
The shooting happened in the 5400 block of Walker Street around 2:45 a.m.
State police were allegedly in pursuit of the teen, a 16-year old male, before the shooting.
The teen was hit in the upper arm and taken to Hahnemann Hospital.
