PennDOT Turns Drivers Around On I-76

The Schuylkill Expressway shut down Tuesday morning after a tanker truck, dump truck and cars collided near the Conshohocken Curve. About 100 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto the eastbound lanes of I-76. NBC10’s Harry Hairston talks to drivers who were stuck on the road.
