It’s the end of the road for a bus company that ferried people from the Lehigh Valley to New York City. Bieber Bus went out of business over the weekend and passengers feel duped after they never received refunds. NBC10 is speaking to a passenger who was left stranded with dozens of children because Bieber allegedly refused to take them home.
