Overbrook Apartment Fire Devastates Displaced Residents

Reality is setting in for victims who lost everything in the five-alarm fire that gutted Overbrook Gardens apartment complex Monday. The gymnasium inside West Philadelphia High School is being used as a makeshift shelter for the dozens of residents still displaced.
