Hosted by the folks from Open Access Philly, Friday was a great gathering of some people changing the way government and the city are working together here in Philadelphia. Titled "Crowdsourcing at the Intersection," it was a forum to hear about different projects from government employees, entrepreneurs, technology visionaries and more.
The emcees of the event were Paul Wright (@Chead95) and Jeff Friedman (@PhillyFriedman), who opened the morning by talking about the four keys to Open Access.
