Officer Knew Driver Prior to Crash: Cops

Police say off-duty Philadelphia Police officer Marc Brady was killed Sunday night while riding his bicycle. Officer Brady was struck by a car and police say the driver knew Brady prior to the crash. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports.
