Pennsylvania and New Jersey authorities are teaming up to find a Camden man wanted for murder in both states.
Police say 23-year-old Laurie Wint, also known as “Lance” or “turtle”, shot and killed Kevin Miller,19, at the Eutaw Park in Camden on June 8. Wint is also wanted in the stabbing death of 33-year-old Tyrone Newman on July 24. Police say Newman was found with multiple stab wounds on the 100 block of E. Street Road in Warminster Township. 24-year-old John Briggs of Camden is also wanted in Newman’s murder.
Anyone with information that may lead to Wint and Briggs’ arrest is asked to call police. You may be eligible for a $2,000 reward.
Police say Wint may have a fresh knife wound on the right side of his face. He also has a tattoo of “Lance” on his right forearm.
