‘My Only Son': Family Heartbroken Over Shooting Death of Philly Teen

A 13-year-old boy is dead after being shot multiple times in the head Monday night in Philadelphia’s West Oak Lane neighborhood. NBC10’s Karen Hua spoke with the mother of the victim, who had talked to her son just 10 minutes prior to the gunfire.
