Monsignor William Lynn's Attorney Fights for House Arrest

Thomas Bergstrom, attorney for Monsignor William Lynn, said they are clearly disappointed with the verdict and that he is filing motions on Monday in hopes of getting Lynn’s custody changed to house arrest. Monsignor Lynn was found guilty of one charge of child endangerment and taken to jail. He was found not guilty on a second child endangerment charge and not guilty of conspiracy.
