Mayor Kenney Pitches First Budget: Soda Tax, Police Body Cams and Universal Pre-K

Mayor Kenney pitched an ambitious first budget today that included funding for universal pre-K and body-worn cameras for police officers. A proposed soda tax would help to fund some of Kenney’s plans.
