Living Flame Memorial Honors Officer Hurt on Job Who Succumbed to Injuries

The “Living Flame” memorial in Old City honors fallen police officers and firefighters. On Wednesday, Officer Walter DeWitt III was added to the memorial. He died last year from complications related to an injury he suffered while on patrol back in 1995.
