Gov. Corbett Speaks at Education Rally

Gov. Tom Corbett attended the Independence Mission Schools rally in Oxford Circle on Friday. The rally is to voice support of the 16 schools that were set to close at the end of the year due to a lack of funding. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
