Friend of Pedestrian Killed Describes Worst Call of Life

Police say Christal Smith was obeying pedestrian laws when she was killed by a driver who ran a red light. NBC10’s Cyndey Long talked to Smith’s friend, who wants to see a pedestrian overpass on this dangerous road.
