Seniors May Be Able to Work Off Property Taxes

A bill that allows seniors to volunteer at local school districts in exchange for property tax credits is awaiting approval by the Pennsylvania Senate. If the measure takes effect, those 60 and older would receive a five dollar property tax rebate for every hour of volunteer time.
