Delaware Mourns Fallen State Trooper Stephen Ballard

Delaware state trooper Stephen Ballard was murdered outside a Wawa store in Bear, Delaware on Wednesday. Police shot and killed suspected killer, Burgon Sealy Jr., after he had shot at police from a Middletown, Delaware home.
