Delaware State Police have arrested a man in a shooting that killed a man and injured his 14-year-old brother.
Troopers arrested 22-year-old Carlos Juan Feliciano-Concepcion of Milton on Thursday when he reported to his probation officer. He is charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and other offenses.
State Police say on Nov. 24, a Milton police officer responding to a call of shots fire found 20-year-old Rogelio Martinez-Hernandez and his brother in a car with gunshot wounds. Martinez-Hernandez was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital; his brother remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
Troopers do not know of a motive for the shootings.
