Tense Police Standoff Leaves Emotional Toll on Families

Precious Babies Learning Academy was one of the businesses locked down for several hours during the police standoff in Philadelphia Wednesday. About 80 children were locked down inside the day care. Many parents waited in anguish to be reunited with their children.
