Fines for Low Hanging Branches in Telford

Telford Borough in Montgomery County issued a letters to 25 homeowners saying they were violating a tree ordinance. The letter stated that tree limbs and branches need to be at least 8 feet above the sidewalk and 14 feet above the street. NBC10’s Aditi Roy reports.
