City Council Discusses Better Fixes for Philly's Pothole Problem

City Council held a hearing Wednesday morning to discuss ways to better deal with the city’s pricey pothole problem. The issue tends to worsen through the winter months and early spring. NBC10’s Monique Braxton is at City Hall with details of what’s being proposed.
