Charges Withdrawn in Rec Center Rape Case

Charges were withdrawn against five teens who were accused of raping a 12-year-old girl at Francis Myers Recreational Center. District Attorney Seth Williams released a statement Friday stating the girl was not raped. The rec center is using the incident as a reason to update the center’s security. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports.
