Controversial Cemetery Cell Tower OK'd in New Castle County

Board members voted to approve a controversial new AT&T cellphone tower to be built at the All Saints Cemetery in New Castle County, Del. Many neighbors say the tower would be an eyesore and bring down property values. NBC10’s George Spencer was at Thursday night’s meeting.
