Fleeing Car Drags Officer, Leads Police on Wild Chase

A Philadelphia Police officer miraculously escaped injury overnight when police say the officer stopped a car in Overbrook and the driver took off, dragging him. Other police later found the car and chased it to East Falls, where they arrested a man. They’re still searching for a woman believed to be in the car at the time.
