Teacher Suspended for Bullying Still Gets Paid

Steve Roth an instructor of special needs students was suspended by the Gloucester County Board of Education for bullying a student. Despite the boards steps to fire him, the process can take years because of his tenure. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles talks to some who are looking to change that.
