WATCH: Backhoe Operator Surrenders

The man facing charges in the Center City Building collapse surrendered to Philadelphia Police Saturday. Sean Benschop is charged with six counts of involuntary manslaughter as well as 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person, causing a catastrophe and risking a catastrophe.
