A Loophole in Delaware's Plastic Bag Ban Threatens the Environment

Delaware’s plastic bag ban went into effect back in January. However, many chain stores have found environmentally unfriendly loopholes around the ban. NBC10’s Tim Furlong spoke to local officials on what they are doing to fix it.
