Warmest Polar Bear Plunge Ever?

People came out in droves for what might have been the warmest Polar Bear Plunge in recent memory. Swimmers who took the plunge enjoyed near record high temperatures in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. NBC10 Reporter Drew Smith spoke to participants about the unusual conditions at this year’s plunge.
