The Bomb Squad spent several hours at a Wilmington restaurant where investigators say suspicious items were found inside the basement.
Police were called to Madeline’s Restaurant on 6th and North Dupont Streets in Wilmington Monday night after the items were discovered. The restaurant was evacuated.
Investigators left the scene early Tuesday morning. They are not releasing any details about what was found in the basement.
