New Jersey Man Accused of Beating Woman to Death After Moving In With Her

Authorities believe the suspect and victim met on the dating app Tinder, according to NJ.com.

Authorities say a man who recently moved in with a New Jersey woman has been charged in her beating death.

Gloucester County prosecutors say 33-year-old Daniel Brennan of Greenwich is charged with first- and third-degree murder, criminal restraint, theft and credit card theft/fraudulent use and weapons counts.

Prosecutors describe him as an unemployed warehouse worker who recently moved in with 31-year-old Leeann Foltrauer of Pitman, who was found dead Wednesday. An autopsy concluded that she died of multiple blunt force injuries to the head.

NJ.com reports that authorities believe that she and the defendant met on the dating app Tinder.

Brennan was arrested in Mt. Ephraim and taken to Salem County jail; a listed number for him was no longer in service and it's unclear whether he has an attorney.
