17K Students to Be Moved for Overhaul of Philly Schools

Philadelphia School Superintendent William Hite Jr. announced a recommendation on Thursday to close 37 schools in the Philadelphia School District and change the grade configurations in 18 schools. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports.
