New Dramatic Video of Duck Boat Crash in Delaware River

Just days before the wrongful death case is set to start, attorneys for the victims who died in the July 2010 Ride the Ducks crash, released new, dramatic video. They say it shows the deckhand on the Duck boat texting. WARNING: This video also shows the moment of impact when the barge runs over the Duck boat in the Delaware River.
