NBC10 Responds: Haunting Phone Bill

After a man’s death, his wife and daughter closed his cellphone account. But AT&T kept billing them for half a year, saying they had no record of his death and the closure of his account. That is, until NBC10 Responds and Harry Hairston got involved. AT&T refunded the family more than $500 for the bills and issued an apology.
