Barbuzzo got the shaft by the Beard Foundation this year. Philly's hottest restaurant, and one of our absolute favorites, wasn't named as a finalist in the Best New Restaurant category. But tonight, you can drown your disappointments in beer with owners Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran.
The ladies and their crew are presenting a masterfully prepared five-course tasting menu paired with a variety of Victory beers, including Yakima Glory Dark IPA and Headwaters Pale Ale. Course highlights include brined rabbit saddle, bison tartare, and house smoked trout. We're assuming you're well versed in beer and food pairings, but in the event you're not, Victory staff will be on hand to school you.
