    Qfest: This year’s Qfest, celebrating the best films in GLBT cinema, will show not one, but two films at their premiere tonight. Be sure to check out the after-party at Liberty View Ballroom and Terrace in Independence Mall to mix and mingle with stars, directors and crew. As a special “Sweet Sixteen” anniversary, the festival will offer moviegoers a chance to see locally produced movies, international films as well as rising talent all week long.     Prostate Palooza: Beer, music, food and a good cause--we’re talking about Prostate Palooza tonight at World Café Live.     Ben Bailey: Cash Cab host Ben Bailey is live at Helium Comedy Club tonight and tomorrow. The three-time Emmy award-winning comedian is best known for his role as a cab driver in the TV quiz show, but Bailey has been on the comedy circuit doing stand-up for over 15 years.
