A tractor trailer fire has had the on-ramp to I-95 southbound from the Betsy Ross Bridge closed for almost two hours this morning.
The fire started around 11:10 a.m. and burned for more than an hour. The ramp to 95 SB from the bridge has been closed ever since.
No word on what caused the fire.
