Police Seek Help Finding Missing Woman

Rebecca Brown, 66, is missing, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

The police is requesting the public's help with locating her. She was last seen at her home in the 1600 block of East Lycoming Street at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Brown has dementia and was last seen wearing a long black leather jacket. She could have a black and white handbag and a large gray bag. She's know to frequent Broad Street and Lehigh Avenue, and 17th and Cumberland Street.
