Colleen Hanycz visited Philadelphia for the first time in November. It was when she had her preliminary interview with La Salle University's presidential search committee.
The meeting was in Center City, but she wanted to see the campus. So she got on a SEPTA train and ventured up to North Philadelphia.
"I was given good instructions from the front desk at the hotel I was staying at," said Hanycz, who was born-and-raised in Canada. "I just wanted to see the campus, speak with a few students."
