A deer broke into the TV business so to speak when it crashed into QVC Studios.

Employees at QVC got quite the surprise when a buck broke through a window and right into their studio, shattering glass and causing quite the ruckus.

The buck stopped here when it was locked into a small office as employees waited for animal control to arrive, according to police.

Pa. Game Commission officers put down the buck because it had suffered major injuries during the ordeal.

There were no injuries to any people reported.

QVC, a television shopping network, is located in West Chester, Pa.

There is no word on whether the buck was just looking for a bargain.

  • scrub Friday, Nov 7 at 11:40 AM FLAG COMMENT Found out some more about the deer. The injuries to his face were severe and he was suffering. Again, many, many of us at QVC are upset that he could not be saved.
  • Insanity Clause Thursday, Nov 6 at 11:36 PM FLAG COMMENT That deer was a HSN spy, obviously sent to infiltrate the QVC stronghold and was quickly executed for what he'd seen. He had to die- it's Christmas season after all.
  • Anonymous Thursday, Nov 6 at 8:17 PM FLAG COMMENT Hey, where's the buck? The photo above is of the female variety...
  • Barky von Schnauzer Thursday, Nov 6 at 6:25 PM FLAG COMMENT If they euthanized it using whatever the vets use, the meat would not be edible. Such a shame to have to waste it.
  • JimsShip Thursday, Nov 6 at 4:42 PM FLAG COMMENT As deer season approaches, it's sad that QVC did not take advantage of this unfortunate outcome. Wasn't there a knife set, some seasonings or a dehydrator available for an on air demo? Some venison jerky would be awesome.
