sam rohrer

Sam Rohrer is a former Pennsylvania state representative from Berks County for nine terms from 1993 to 2010. He decided not to seek reelection in 2010 and instead ran for governor, losing in the primary to Tom Corbett. After leaving office he served in 2011 as State Director for Americans for Prosperity, a grassroots organization advocating limited government and lower taxes. Sam and his wife Ruth Ann have six children and five grandchildren.
