On Tuesday we brought you the wild tale of Center City softball legend Dick Mahoney and how he looked oddly familiar to former Eagle Walter Thurmond.
It was a story so fantastic it took the Internet by storm and forced both Mahoney and Thurmond to release statements on Twitter.
Mahoney's was his first tweet ever:
