Mayor Kicks off Campaign for City Pools

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter got emotional at the kickoff of the fundraising campaign for the city’s public pools on Tuesday. Nutter says all public pools are set to open for the summer 2011 season. He choked up while recalling that the city’s financial troubles kept some pools closed in 2009.
