Mayor Parker addresses City Council to discuss the future of Philadelphia schools

Philadelphia public schools face challenges with their facilities and low test scores. Mayor Cherelle Parker addressed the City Council Tuesday morning in regard to her plans to support the school district despite only eight of her nine nominations for school board being accepted.
