Ohio Police Officer Uses Stun Gun on 11-Year-Old Girl for Stealing Food and Baby Clothes

Ohio police officer Kevin Brown was found to have violated policy after he used a stun gun on an 11-year-old girl with no warning. Brown shocked the girl after she was caught stealing food and clothing from a Cincinnati Krogers and tried to run away. “This is why there’s no grocery stores in the black community, because of all this going on,” Brown told the girl in footage caught from a body cam.
