Woodlynne Councilman Accuses Officer of Prior Harassment Following Fight and Arrest

A councilman in Woodlynne, New Jersey, as well as his son were arrested following a scuffle with a police officer who responded to a 911 call from their home. The councilman claims he had previously filed complaints against the same officer for harassment. NBC10’s Cydney Long investigates.
