Woman Was Hired to Take Care of Special-Needs Cousin

Special People in Northeast Philadelphia told NBC10’s Darlene Jones that Regina Bennett was only trained by the company for a short-time before she was assigned to take care of her special needs cousin. Bennett is facing multiple charges after police found the 36-year-old woman bound to a bed in her cousin’s home.
