Woman Overdoses and Crashes Vehicle With Child Inside on I-76 in Gloucester City: Police

Police say a woman overdosed and crashed a vehicle on I-76 while a child was inside. Another man inside the vehicle also overdosed, according to investigators. The child was not injured. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
