W. Philly Bridge Poses Threat

Railroad spikes and other debris have been falling from a bridge on Lancaster Street in West Philadelphia, according to officials. Civil engineer Dr. Joseph Martin says neighbors began to complain five years ago about parts falling off it. NBC10’s Harry Hairston investigates the bridge’s history and reports on what is being done to remedy the problem.
