Vigil Held to Remember High School Student Shot and Killed

A sidewalk is covered with flowers, candles, and memorials at the spot where 15-year-old Brandon Wingo died Thursday afternoon after being shot in Wilmington. He is the second student at his school to pass away in the last few weeks. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk reports on how the community is coping.
