Victims Try to Rebuild After West Chester Fire

The victims of the assisted living facility fire in West Chester are now trying to figure out how to rebuild, less than one week before Thanksgiving. Most victims were able to only grab a few belongings as they headed out to the unbearable cold temperatures outside. NBC10’s Steven Fisher has one victim’s story.
