Two Kids Struck by Car, Gunfire Erupts

Two kids playing in Wilmington, Del. were struck by a car Wednesday evening. Someone at the scene then fired six gunshots at the car. Police are searching for the person or persons who fired the shots. The driver of the car later turned himself in.
