Twin Speaks After Being Struck by Car

Jessica Sanchez’s 11-year-old twins were riding their bikes on Saturday in North Philadelphia when they were struck by a SUV. Neighbors say the driver tried to leave the scene, but they held him until police arrived. NBC10’s Dawn Timmeney spoke to their mother and one of the twins about the terrifying accident.
